Neil Duerden is a designer based in UK, living near Manchester. In his portfolio in the "advertising" folder you can find plenty of beautiful works related to advertising campaigns of well-companies: Nokia, Toyota, Coca Cola, Land Rover. The latter is presented below:



I think it's the first billboard presenting dishwash that I really like:



The illustrations by Neil Duerden are filled with amazing complex vector lines and elements. The combination of photography and the graphics is perfect- the works look natural and lively.

David Carvalho is a Portuguese designer living in Lisbon and working with different design disciplines. During his long career he worked on many projects, some of which were well known in Portugal (this is at least what he says- I'm not living in Portugal and also don't have time to see if it's true or not ;-)).

David claims that he has been a designer since he was a kid and that he dedicated his life to the creativity. And I can surely say that this is true after looking at all the works presented in the portfolio.

Carvalho has had many different alter egos (aliases) for different artistic periods of his life. The previous one, Electroclandestino was killed by Karpa- ", he said before pulling the trigger"

Interesting personality, equally (or even more) interesting works. Enough to appear in the Blastyle Blog- the super incredible blog about amazing design.

Believe me or not- I really do not read any Polish design magazines/blogs. It's not my fault that there are many good designers living in this beautiful country and they are present in the international design blogs and websites.

I don't remember exactly where I first encountered the works made by Kacper Spala. However, I remember that it was this beautiful black and white photo manipulation that you can see in the picture number 1. The amount of details and the perfection of this image is stunning and I couldn't take my eyes away from it.

Today I was checking all of the images indexed in the google image search from blog.blastyle.com. By chance I found that thing: sixbf dot com (I am not writing the full link here so that google won't index it)

I was so surprised to see that there are all of my posts with the pictures there. What was even more funny the images are all pointing to my server so the bandwidth is also stolen. Nice job mr Spammer!

As far as I could figure it out, the engine of that splog (spam blog) copies all the rss feeds from my blog and places them there. I would be happy to see this post there as well :). And here is the small thumbnail of the way it looks. Which one is better? Blastyle blog or that "just another wordpress weblog"?



Should I feel happy / satisfied with the popularity of my blog and its content?

sixbf DOT com is no longer stealing content from my blog. Owner of this splog has now decided to go into the "fashion" business- now he's stealing content from some fashion-oriented blog..
