Kacper Spala - evolved

Believe me or not- I really do not read any Polish design magazines/blogs. It's not my fault that there are many good designers living in this beautiful country and they are present in the international design blogs and websites.

I don't remember exactly where I first encountered the works made by Kacper Spala. However, I remember that it was this beautiful black and white photo manipulation that you can see in the picture number 1. The amount of details and the perfection of this image is stunning and I couldn't take my eyes away from it.

Evolved.pl is a neat portfolio where you can find more works related to the photo manipulation, abstract art, posters and corporate id. Enjoy!

Radim Malinic - brandnu.co.uk

Radim Malinic (aka Brand Nu) is the graphics designer based in UK.

I've found the works that you can see above extremely interesting so I decided to write a couple of lines about him. Radim has had his works published in books, magazines, posters, CDs' and DVDs' covers. His techniques combine layers of photography with colourful elements.

Another Polish designer, I won't count how many of them already got their own post in my blog. Is it my fault that they create amazing works and that they are popular in the designers' world? I hope you will agree with me that the works presented above are worth looking at and presenting here in my decent blastyle blog.

Vivid colours, amazing shapes and lines and care for details- in short about his style.

In his portfolio you can find advertising and branding works that he made for international companies. He did many works for Nokia and Nike, but other companies and organisations include Fanta, Unicef, Oakley, British Airways. He also designed a some music album covers (in portfolio you can find the cover for the album of Polish hip-hop artist, Pezet).

Peter Jaworowski works currently in Ars Thanea, creative studio based in Warsaw.

Not much to tell you about these posters. The simplicity of colours and nicely contrasting white shapes made of music notes and lines creates amazing effects.

The authors of these works work for the Advertising Agency: Scholz & Friends based in Berlin.

I digged that design out from adsoftheworld.com

Jonathan Yuen is especially into typography and illustrations but he also present some nice posters, too.

ISO50 Scott Hansen - iso50.com

Scott Hansen is an American designer from California. His works resemble the "retro style" of the 70's- big patches of colours, very often faded colours and what is important- the style. I recommend especially some of the cd covers and posters- you can buy a print out of many of his works on the webpage.

Scott Hansen is also a musician under moniker Tycho- check his music on tychomusic.com
